The scope of work for Harris County Department of Education’s new Adult Education Center consisted of demolishing the existing buildings on site and constructing a new four-story 51,000-square-foot facility. The new Adult Education Center provides access to free adult literacy and workforce programs, can accommodate 1,200 students, and features seventeen classrooms, five laboratories, administration spaces, multi-purpose community rooms, and a 2-level parking garage.
